We only sell Giza
One plateau, one market, sixteen years of paying attention to it.
Our story
Giza Real Estate opened in 2009 with a single conviction: that the western corridor of Cairo was about to become the place people actually wanted to live, and that nobody was covering it honestly.
At the time the plateau meant tour buses and little else. Then New Giza broke ground, Sheikh Zayed matured, the October corridor filled in, and the road to the Pyramids became a commute rather than an excursion. We were there for all of it, and we kept the records.
We are deliberately small. We do not list what we have not walked. We do not quote a price we cannot defend from registered transactions. When a compound is overpriced we say so, including when we have units in it.

How we work
One market, in depth
We do not sell in New Cairo or the North Coast. Everything we know is west of the Nile, and that is the whole point.
Verified before listed
Every home is visited, measured and title-checked by our team before it reaches this site. If we cannot verify it, it is not here.
Data you can audit
Our price-per-metre figures come from registered transactions and developer price lists, and we publish the basis every quarter.
Advice that survives the sale
Most of our business comes from people we sold to years ago, or the friends they sent. That only works if the advice was right the first time.
